It supports both the Arigata 220B and standard 44 mm narrow-width dovetails, allowing full integration of Takahashi telescope rings, dovetails, and adapters for a seamless, all-Takahashi optical train.

The precision-machined metal-block clamping system ensures rock-solid attachment and reliable alignment. It also supports Takahashi’s proprietary dovetail standard used on the Mewlon 180C and Mewlon 210, eliminating the need to remove plates when swapping optical tubes — a major convenience for active astrophotographers.
