This kit is great for those interested in wide field astrophotography. It includes everything you need to to begin your astrophotography journey. Just attach to your equatorial tracking mount and start imaging! It works well for both deep sky and planetary / lunar imaging.
The kit includes the Altair 60 mm refractor with associated field flattener, the MG32 guide scope and camera, a 2 inch filter holder with the LPRO max filter, and the Altair Hypercam PRO 183C one shot color CMOS camera.

- Prima Luce 140 mm Vixen Dovetail bar with 2 x 1/4 - 20 mounting bolts
Altair 60 mm F6 EDF Refractor
The Altair 60 EDF is our most compact telescope so far, and a more refined version of the Lightwave 66 ED-R. It has improved optics in the form of an S-FPL53 based doublet objective lens providing superior colour correction, and a lighter more compact tube, CNC Rack n Pinion focuser with a rear camera rotator and triple thumbscrews to hold your camera or diagonal firmly in place.
Altair Flattener for 60 mm EDF Refractor
All refractor lens systems exhibit some natural field curvature which, while not relevant for visual observation, can be visible in images. This field flattener/reducer screws directly into the rear focuser rotator of your refractor, converting it into an astrograph with a flatter photographic field than the existing lens system alone.
MG32 Mini Guide Scope and GPCAM Guide Camera
The Altair MG32 Mini Guide Scope is a small "set and forget" high quality optical tube, with Rings, a universal quick release base and the super-sensitive GPCAMv2 AR0130 Mono Guide Camera.
Altair 2 inch Filter Holder with LPRO-MAX Filter
The SkyTech LPRO-MAX filter is designed to improve the visibility of stars and deepsky objects, by blocking light pollution, while transmitting light from deepsky objects. It is therefore the best option for imaging in moderate light pollution where a more natural colour balance is desired.
Altair Hypercam PRO 183C CMOS Camera
The Hypercam 183C Colour camera is the thinkers' alternative to a DSLR camera when it comes to astro-imaging. The PRO version now comes with 4GB of DDR onboard memory - the most of any astrophotography camera!
Also included are the appreciate spacers for the camera system and a Prima Luce 140 mm vixen dovetail bar.
