The iOptron 42-inch pier is made from aluminum alloy pier with retractable steel spread legs. It has three stainless steel adjustable enforce rods.

The 42-inch pier fits these iOptron mounts:

  • CEM60 (< 132lbs in total payload)
  • iEQ45/iEQ45 Pro
  • iEQ30/iEQ30 Pro (may limit low latitude application)
  • MiniTower/MiniTower II/MiniTower Pro

 

The 42-inch pier may also fit other mounts with adaptor plate.
